Sometimes you just need to get blown up...

Hey guys! Thank you all so much for playing! Yay! I'm so excited to see the people who read our blog and get to learn who you are. All of you, feel free to comment as much as you want! :) I'm so excited to share with you guys what I started! :) First though, there is a winner to announce... And that winner is... Heather! She already knew yesterday that she was the closest, but as there was still time I couldn't officially call her the winner. You should know that she's only getting a small prize as I am flat broke! :) Her answer was "I think you are making Icarus out of the ice blue lace weight you posted about a bit back. I think it would be pretty!! Hope I am right :>)" And the correct answer is I am making a Miriam Felton pattern (the designer of Icarus) that looks kinda like Icarus and I am using my blue Zephyr, so she is pretty much dead on! A lot of other people guessed shawls and scarfs, and you guys were close, but I think she was the closest, yes? Oh, right, you're all saying "what is she making??" Here's the answer....My newest project is..........

Juno Regina from knitty.

There it is after the first repeat of chart 2. See it on Ravelry. What do you think? Me? I LOVE it. Thanks again for playing you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I love love love them. I used the same ones for my Icarus and since it's the same yarn in a different color, I knew I'd love it. :) They're perfectly pointy for those frisky little yarn overs... ;)
